and conditions contained in this Affiliate Policy Agreement. Please read this Affiliate Agreement carefully
before registering and using 247ZILLA's Affiliate Program. By signing up for

and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Affiliate Agreement, do not sign

Signup Form. The Signup Form can be found at
https://www.247zilla.com/user/register.php. We will evaluate Your application in
good faith and will notify You of Your acceptance or rejection in a timely

opinion, unlawful or otherwise does not meet our Acceptable Use Policy located
at https://www.247zilla.com/aup.html.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate account status WILL BE DEACTIVATED and commissions set to $0 for
failure to comply with the Affiliate Terms and Advertising Compliance contained
herein. This includes but is not
limited to:
Affiliate Links
Affiliates may use graphic and text links on their website. The site may also
be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Affiliate may use the graphics and text provided by us, or Affiliates may
create their own as long as they are deemed appropriate by 247ZILLA. Any
link/banner/advertisement placed must be done in such a way that it is not
misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid
sales, leads, or clicks to 247ZILLA.
Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their
browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is
tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person
decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to
match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the
commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase
later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is
present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one
logged in the database. Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of the referral.
Qualified Commission
A "qualified commission" is one for which the new account which is the subject
of the commission has remained in good standing continuously for at least 60
days from its inception. 247ZILLA shall make all decisions as to whether any
commission is a "qualified commission." If at any time within 60 days a
customer requests for a refund for any reason, then the transaction will not
be eligible to receive an affiliate commission. No commission will be given
to your affiliate account for sales that occurred before you joined the
affiliate program. 247ZILLA does not allow you to purchase the product
under your own affiliate link so you can’t get it discounted. If you try to do
this, the affiliate commission will be reversed and will result in your
affiliate account being removed.
NO COMMISSIONS WILL BE CREDITED FOR DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS, FREE HOSTING ACCOUNTS OR ADD-ON SERVICES. Commissions are paid on new accounts only (current or previous customers of the company are not eligible) and not on any subsequent renewal, upgrade or subsequent signups of a referred customer.
Commission Payments
Affiliates are paid a one-time commission of 20% for each hosting account
referred to our services. A signup is counted when a customer first clicks
on an affiliate referral link, completes the signup process and stays active
for 60 days. 247ZILLA issues its Affiliate Commission, if the
collective eligible payments for a given month meets or exceeds your minimum
payout amount of $100. 247ZILLA will only pay in US Dollars
via PayPal.com on a "Net-60" basis, provided that the order was paid in full
and the customer did not request for a refund.
247ZILLA has a "Net-60" payment
policy, which means that each earning must mature for at least 60 days before
it is eligible for payment. In other words, earnings from a sale in March are
eligible for payment in June. 247ZILLA uses this time to collect and verify
payments. Additionally, we start processing Affiliate commissions on the first
business day of each month so your collective March earnings would be paid on
the fifth business day of June and your April earnings would be paid on the fifth
business day of July, etc. If Affiliate has not earned at least $100.00 in
commissions, the amount Affiliate has earned will be carried over to the next
month. All affiliate commission payout will be only processed through
PayPal.com.

FTC Guidelines - Affiliate Disclosure Requirements:
In December 2009, The Federal Trade Commission ('FTC') released Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. The guidelines require that any affiliate who uses reviews, rankings or testimonials to promote products must clearly disclose the fact that they receive compensation for doing so. We require all affiliates to comply with these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from our affiliate program and the cancellation of commissions. In order to comply with these guidelines your disclosures must meet four basic requirements. They must be frequent, clear, conspicuous, and require no scrolling or other type of user action to locate the disclosure.
Frequent: Your disclosure must appear on any page that has a review, recommendation, comment or article that promotes a product or service for which you receive compensation.
Clear: It must be immediately clear that you may receive compensation for your review or rating.
Conspicuous: The disclosure must be clear and easy to see. It should begin with the word "disclosure", For the disclosure to be considered clear, the font should be: (a) At least as large as the main text on the page (b) In a color other than black or gray (c) In contrast with both with its background and the main text (d) Darker than its background or the main text.
Require No Action: Your disclosure must be immediately evident to a typical visitor to your site who views a review, ranking or endorsement on a PC or Mac monitor. A visitor should not need to scroll, click or hover to learn that you receive compensation. If you do include a clickable link or additional information when a visitor hovers over text, the language of the link itself should reveal the fact that you receive compensation. Keep this in mind: Simply telling the visitor that they can "Click/hover here to read our FTC disclosure" is not adequate. You need to use the word "disclosure" and present the nature of the disclosure.
